Although the work he did was acceptable, he was very unreliable. After the first day on the job, there were still things to be finished and he did not contact me as he promised he would the next several days. He did not return my texts after I tried to reach him for 2 days. And when I finally got him on the phone, he said he was too busy to answer my texts, and he would come by on that Friday (3 days later) at 9 am to finished the jobs. About 2 hours before he was to come to the house, I got his text saying that he was not going to make it and he would reschedule it to early the following week. I didn't get any contact from him by the following Tuesday, so I called him. That's when he said he was not going to be able to finish the jobs. Very unreliable and unprofessional. I would not recommend him to ANYONE!

I believe there were opportunities on both sides to to get the work done on a timely manner as each day something else was added. I appreciate the critical criticism and the acceptance of my work.
