What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
There is a 2 hour minimum: 2 hours for $250. Each additional hour is $100. I can often stay and draw for extra time in case you need me longer than expected!
I ask for a $75, non-refundable deposit, which is deducted from your fee at time of service.
Driving over 25 miles to your location may require an additional reasonable fuel fee.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Let's talk about your event and how many folks are expected to attend.
What type of event are you hosting or producing? How long will you want me to draw?
I will then give you an estimate of how many hours I recommend you reserve.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
A lifelong artist, I have been drawing since I could hold a crayon. I was in a 10 year training with a well-known professional traveling artist, who has been drawing Caricatures for 35 years.
I have worked for many years as a fine artist, fabric artist, craft professional and graphic design professional.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
I love drawing Faces ! I have had many inspiring art mentors and peers in addition to a 10 year apprenticeship.
What types of customers have you worked with?
Casinos, private parties in homes and facilities, wedding parties, children's parties, business conventions and holiday parties.
I also do studio portraits, drawn from your emailed photos and delivered in 10 days.
