- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Introduce myself get to know the customer(eventually we end knowing each other well) and breakdown the project what's needed what we can maybe salvage and go from there.. customer satisfaction is the best part of my "job" knowing they're happy about the project at hand makes me even happier.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
My foundation was my stepdad without him its very likly ld be somewere else, and along my journey doing this ive had the chance to work with many tilesetterss and pretty much ive taken a bit of guidance and tricks of the trade that amounts to many lessons learned.. At times ive had to learn the hard way but in effect that's helped force to think differently at times and thus my skill has grown alhtough I continue sharpening my skill.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I got started doing this back in my high school days on the weekends with my stepdad I was 18 years of age and wasn't exactly fond of type of labor it entails, your constantly stessed because there is many things
