A few days ago I had major crash of a home-based 3 computer, router and 2 printers system. I chose Ryan because of positive reviews and his come-to-you service. He responded -quickly- and determined that my laptop had failed and through a diagnostic process found serious problems with the desktop unit. I replaced the laptop and Ryan built a new desktop to spec's for me. After installing the unit he insured all components of the new system worked together properly. Ryan then spent several hours working on the new desktop remotely to re-install previous software and insure WIN 8.1 operated properly. His -total- invoice for all of this work was -at least 50%- under most 'mobile' computer services and certainly far less for a better desk top than I would have paid at a 'big box' store or most small computer stores. Ryan was great!! He took care of the problem (DVD jammed in the drive) and provided top notch customer service. We'll keep him in mind for future computer issues as they arise.

Ryan is punctual, arrives on time. He goes the extra distance and then some. It is refreshing to have someone who actually gives exceptional service. He stayed until he had completed everything we asked of him. We could not recommend a nicer, more experienced gentleman than Ryan. He is the only tech who charges a flat rate no matter how long it takes to do the job. We have recommended him to many friends. We will definitely use his services again and again.

I hired Ryan to set up a new computer. He called the morning of the appointment to confirm and arrived on time. I found him to be both personable and competent. I was happy with the work he did and would hire him again.
