- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
a lot of companies charge between $9,000-$12,000 for a new ac but I usually allways repair them but if you do need a new one I am half the price as my competitors on a new install
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Honesty, because when your right, things go right. When your wring, things go wrong.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Electrical engineering aboard 2 aircraft carriers and as a civilian I worked my way up to Chief engineer at 2 different highrise buildings. I also teach Air conditioning school part time.
