I own a rental property in Las Vegas. I had an issue with our tenants Hot Water Heater leaking into the unit right below ours. I called Las Vegas Rooter at 10am and they were already at the property accessing the situation by 11:30am. They turned off the water immediately and installed a brand new hot water heater the same day. Price wise, they were affordable. I compared prices on the hot water heater online and their prices were fair. Thank you so much for helping us with this situation.

My Plumbers, they came to this country from Armenia and I’m plum lucky that they did. My doorbell rang at 10:30 yesterday morning and the fellow who looked at my job the day before was there along with another older man. I showed them to my front bathroom and they got started right away. Soon they were joined by a third man. I left them alone to do their job and went and sat at my dining room table and worked on my laptop. I could hear them speaking in their native tongue as they went about their work. I never did figure out if they were a father and two sons, an uncle and two cousins or none of the above, but it is a family owned business and they worked together like a well oiled machine. They came and went back and forth to the Home Depot across the street from my place as they picked up my new toilet and other things that they needed to complete the job. They kept me in the loop each step of the way. They found the offending leak in a piece of PVC pipe that supplies water to my toilet. They ascertained that no damage had been done beyond my unit. They replaced the damaged pipe and replaced the water damaged sheetrock behind my toilet. They even installed a shut off valve at the base of the toilet so the water could be shut off there instead of having to go out to the water turn off panel in the storage locker on my front balcony. They finished the job, cleaned up the trash and debris, picked up their tools and were gone exactly three and a half hour after they arrived. The cherry on the cake was that the bill was about $300.00 less than I figured that it would be. This family owned and operated neighborhood business that is based just a couple streets over from our condo complex is now my go to place for all my future plumbing needs. And another minor ordeal is overcome
