The bus ride went great, however it was very difficult to get a hold of Gerald. His voicemail box is always full and is slow to return texts or calls. I got nervous when I couldn't reach him for an entire day up until half an hour before the scheduled pickup.Sep 24, 2017

The communication was excellent and fast with Bobby on Thumbtack. We had all the details lined up. Then the receptionist needed clarification and confirmation the day of. Which we were very busy that day and would rather have reconfirmed beforehand. Glad we did because the wrong location was read to me twice and they thought we booked two rides at different times. They agreed to pick us up early if we needed it which we did. Therefore a bigger and closer limo was dispatched at no extra cost to us. Loved that part til we rode in it. Let me first say, the limo bus was shiny inside and out. The music was pumping. The inside was amazing. The driver was professional and friendly. The ride went just a tad bit over a hour at no extra charge. We were picked up in Fremont, cruised the Blvd, stopped at the Welcome sign and then dropped off at Giordano's. Everyone had a blast and I would highly recommend it. The biggest problem that could easily be fixed is the a.c. was not working! Which isn't good in that hot city even in the early evening. We asked for the a.c. on and it blew out hot air. Which made it worse. An apology would've been nice. The guests were using the ice from the ice bucket and champagne to cool off. For future rides I would suggest the a.c. should already be running upon arrival and to double check that the vehicle and hand held credit card readers are working properly.Apr 20, 2017Verified
Gerald was excellent. He got my party to each location on time and with time to spare. He was very helpful to point us in the right direction to get to the High Roller sightseeing Ferris wheel .He also gave us the opportunity to make an unexpected stop for a photo op at Gold & Silver Pawn Store.
