- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The hourly charge is $48 however various jobs have a maximum charge so if the job goes long for one reason or another, you don't end up with a huge bill. For example, virus/malware removal has a 2 hour maximum. $96 is the _most_ you will pay, although unless it's a slow machine, you have a lot of infections or a very complex rootkit/malware, it is usually only a $50 charge.
