- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our prices vary depending on your dog, their issues, and your wants and needs. This is why we offer the FREE Demonstration so we can evaluate your dog(s) and determine what will work best for you and your family.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
For all new customers we will do a FREE Demonstration with your dog so that you can see results right there on the spot. We can show you results in 11 minutes or less!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have been training for over 15 years! Our trainers are 2 - Time National Champions for PSA (Protection Sport Association) for both Obedience and Protection training. We have won numerous local and regional championships, as well. We have also been involved in the development and implementation of dog training schools where we have trained hundreds of other trainers throughout the country.
