- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I try to price all Events according to the customers budget and needs and work with those customers to make adjustments accordingly.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Communication is KEY! I personally work with every customer, listening to them, asking the right questions to ensure I get all of the intimate and large details to implement a smooth, worry-free event.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Although I have four years of college, I majored in business and communications. I later took classes in cooking, design, decorating, food safety & food preparation. Most of the 'tricks' of the trade I learned on the job after years of party planning. My catering staff is Certified by the State of Nevada has over a decade of experience & working in chef and cooking positions across the country. I work with many other licensed subcontractors that I use exclusively for bartending, photography, videography, decoration, lighting, etc.
