The floors are gorgeous. Garrett is the best. He kept us informed throughout the entire install. Kept to budget. Was very thorough and meticulous. We will definitely reach out to him when we redo the bathrooms. Thank you Garrett.Aug 29, 2018Verified
Garrett was amazing. He did a fine job. His pricing was fair and the quality of his work and attention to detail was exceptional. His attitude and demeanor were fantastic. - What is your typical process for working with a new customer?First and foremost is providing all our customers with all the information they require. Even if we are not hired we want our customers to be educated a little better than they were when we walk out the door of our initial estimate. We find peace of mind knowing we gave our customer at least the right information so that they may make an informed decision on whomever they may hire. Secondly we realize that when work does begin that we are guests in your home and we treat it as such.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I come from the school of hard knocks when it comes to tile. I watched my dad start this business from a small add on the 5th page of the local news paper. I have worked everywhere from small family homes to some of the more lavish installations you will find here on the Las Vegas strip. I have spent the last 17 years learning the inns and outs of this business. About its products and building great customer relations.
- What questions should customers think through before talking to professionals about their project?Ask about experience and research your products you may be considering for installation. Knowing or having a general idea in what you would like installed may go a long way in helping your technician give you the best information for your project.
