I'm a property manager and sometimes the maintanence staff are unable to do a job so we call a vendor in. Chris was able to fix the electrical problem in the unit that had been occurring for almost 2 yrs very quickly and went above thay and showed the layout for each outlet to breaker to myself and the tenants. Chris was very polite with staff and tenants and will be definitly be recommending him to my sister properties and I will using his expertise again when needed.
