- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?

- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start with a phone conversation to find out the requirements of the customer. We also learn about their business and their business goals. Knowing their business goals is important as this website is being built to make the client money, so it MUST have conversion goals in mind (lead generation, selling products, informational). Next, we explain what we can do for the client to achieve their website goals (generate more leads, sell more products, increase brand awareness...). Then, we quote them a price and timeframe to finish their project(s). We email a contract to e-sign if everything is agreeable to them and collect the down payment. Then, we start work by having a strategy session with them to get input on what they want in their website, such as preferred colors or certain text. (not required, but some clients have specific ideas in mind).
