Introduction: we cater any event small or big. we do an authentic Santa maria-style BBQ on an open pit over red oak. We can do a simple hot dog and hamburger menu to ribeyes, NY's or filet mignon to our famous tri-tip and chicken dinners. We also cook whole hogs. We can do Mexican Street Tacos, WE ALSO HAVE A VEGETARIAN MENU FOR OUR VEGAN FRIENDS.... We also Deliver....(minimum order) We have a Hot Dog Cart for the hot dog kids party or adults.. We have a Street Taco Cart for the taco partys. And we have our Big Santa Maria style bbq pit for a true western style way of cooking, on an open pit and i cook all steaks over red oak.. I enjoy what i do, i get too barbecue and feed people and make people happy with the great food that comes off my bbq pit.
