- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Customer contacts us and we inquire about the services needed. We go over fees and set a price. Event is billed and 50% deposit it paid. Once paid, they receive a questionnaire for the couple to complete. We go over it together by phone a few days later and communicate through the planning process. We know things change as wedding gets closer. Then, a few weeks before the wedding we finalize everything and re-confirm items a week before. The day before the wedding the couple is billed for the balance. At the wedding we ensure all signatures are in the correct place and file the wedding certificate within 10 days of the wedding. This must be filed for the marriage to become legal and recorded.
