- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing by the hour is $90/hour. Project pricing is not based on an hourly rate, but rather the complexity and time that the project demands.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First I sign a Non-Disclosure agreement to protect the ideas of the potential client. Then we have an hour discussion where I get a basic idea of where they are and what their long and short term goals are. If they have financial projections I review them and gain a cursory understanding of the drivers of their business. At the end of that hour, we both determine whether I am a good fit for them and I determine if their project is a good fit for me. If both of us feel there is a good fit, we map out a 60-90 day road map with deliverables and objectives described in detail.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have started 6 businesses in several different industries. The most notable success I have had to date is a business that I co-founded in which I was CEO and Chairman from its inception until its ultimate sale for $160,000,000. During the course of that business I was responsible for raising over $60,000,000 in debt and equity and consummating over $35,000,000 in acquisitions. The company was publicly traded for 11 plus years, so I have a real depth of experience in legal, SEC compliance, accounting and planning.
