Introduction: As a successful serial Entrepreneur I have real world experience and not just helpful suggestions. I have engaged world class attorneys, hired top tier accounting firms, negotiated mergers and acquisitions. The last venture I founded I was the CEO and Chairman throughout the growth of the company, from the formation at my dining room table to an eventual sale of $160,000,000. That venture was publicly traded and as CEO of a publicly traded company, I am highly skilled in regulatory matters, corporate structure and potential pitfalls. The company had operations in over 40 states, which meant I dealt with the SEC, FCC, FTC, and PUC’s on a regular basis. During the course of that company I was responsible for raising over $60,000,000 in funding and designing complex and comprehensive financing plans to accomplish those needs. While my experience is broad, that does not mean that you cannot afford access what I have learned.
