We like to understand a customers desires for their event and help the customer develop a menu that suits the customers needs and taste.

I have 17 years experience in kitchens. My husband and partner is a graduate from California Culinary Academy, with 22 years experience in kitchens.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I started working in kitchens as a teenager and always loved the fast paced environment. My husband and partner started working in kitchens after attending culinary school.
