I have been working with Emily on and off for 2 years. Having been a college and professional athlete I am used to working with top notch trainers. Emily ranks right up there with the best of them. The thing that helped me the most was her knowledge and ability to work around my nagging injuries and to give me great workouts that pushed my body in ways that I wasn't used to. As well her knowledge of Pilates and stretching helped my recovery time and allowed me to become more flexible and feel better. After my second pregnancy, I knew what I was in for, but it was a lot harder for me to lose the weight than it was after my first. Training with Emily has had the biggest impact on my slimming down; I like to work out with her at least two times a week. I love my sessions with Emily & I look forward to going to the gym, trying new healthy recipes and practicing Pilates. Emily has kept me motivated, changing up routines, pushing me to work harder & tracking my results. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
$60 per 60 minute sessions Packages of 8-10 sessions receive a per session discount.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I always offer complimentary 30 minute sessions. I spend the first 10-15 minutes of our appointment discussing your goals and also finding out what motivates you. Taking into account your resources for success and any barriers you may have faced in the past also allows me to know the amount of accountability needed to keep you on track to success. I have experience with many different injuries and limitations which allows me to provide necessary modifications to customize your programming.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
NASM CPT, ACE CPT, Precision Nutrition, PEAK Plates, Your Pregnant Core pre/post natal Pilates, Enew Leaf Metabolic Technician, TRX, Dragon Door Kettlebell, Usui Reiki and Holy Fire levels 1&2, NV state lab technician license.
