- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
A normal one hour session normally takes about 9 hours of time between placing the bid, discussing the session, prepping for the session, driving to the session, photographing you, editing 6-10 images, and providing them via an online download. In addition to the time, there are the costs of equipment, insurance, software and travel at $.535/mile. For this reason our standard pricing for an hour session is $340. Any time we bid on a job, we are agreeing to work in your budget at a discounted rate.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We establish what their expectations are and look to satisfy their needs. After that we provide a contract of services provided, perform the session, collect payment, edit the pictures, and provide them in the format agreed upon in the contract (normally a private online gallery.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Stephanie started her photography education in high school utilizing dark rooms. After a several year break, she enrolled in digital photography, graphic communication, and editing courses in 2015 and has been pursuing her education ever since. Brandon has an associate of business, a bachelor in engineering, and is currently pursuing his MBA. In addition, he has been certified in quality control and sustainability.
