Introduction: I teach Hatha and a new practice called Hypopressive Yoga. The Hypopressive exercise, is a technique used to help exercising the pelvic floor and toning the abdomen and when combined with specific yoga asanas, it creates an effective and wholesome body-mind practice. Both practices, have asanas variations making it suitable for each individual needs. Helping others achieve their goals and overall life quality.

So far had a couple classes with Eugenia. It was something new for me, so I didn't know what to expect and was kind of scared. She was so sweet and welcoming, and totally helped me with everything until I felt 100% comfortable. I honestly wasn't the best at it, but I felt so happy when I left, that I'm looking forward to my next class. She definitely has such a positive aura about her, and it was infectious. I for sure will continue to see her, and would hands-down recommend her to everyone I know!

Eugenia is very knowledgable and talented when it comes to the arts of dance and yoga. She was patient with my slow learning curve and is fun to work with. When I couldn't get the dance steps right, she offered additional help and used positive reinforcement to help me get over my fears and push me to that next level.

I will ask customers, why they want to do Yoga, or what they want to achieve with this practice, and really listen to customer's needs.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Hypopressive Method at Eywa, Marbella, Spain. Hatha Yoga at Sin City Yoga, Las Vegas, NV.
How did you get started doing this type of work?
In my training, I had the chance to meet instructors and mentors that suggested me to take the teaching path. They kindly took me under their wing and showed me the way to become an experienced instructor.
