- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We are upfront with pricing and you won’t find any hidden fees or surprises day of. We take pride in offering competitive pricing and quality work.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We typically communicate via messages at first to establish the basic needs of the event. Then closer to the event we like to meet with our clients face to face (maybe over some coffee) and get the exact details and itinerary for the event. We also set expectations and address any concerns beforehand to make sure everyone ends up happy!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Color grading masterclasses. Videography and photography masterclasses and two years of college.
