- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We strive to offer you the best pricing we can. We also are very professional and we clean really good ... our standard cleaning is as good as deep cleaning. Where others wipe ... we CLEAN HARD! Our published pricing is negotiable and we provide a clear FREE ESTIMATE before we start the job. We want to save you the most money we can. We are NOT AFRAID of hard work ... for example we have cleaned ovens and refrigerators that had baked on stains and made them look almost new.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We start with a FREE Estimate or a verification that the pricing is satisfactory to you. If there are extra things you need done ... we can factor that into our FREE estimate. We generally work on a cash basis ... we are implementing a credit card charge capability soon. Our estimates are based on CASH. We work hard till the job is done. We make sure you are happy. We love repeat business and we earn it!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
In the companies we have worked for prior to starting Clean Paint Fix and Rodarte's Cleaning we were required to undergo rigorous training and quality control. We are also well versed in cleaning methods and safety standards and we keep you safe from chemicals and soaps that might be harmful.
