I was in love with both experiences. I meet with Teresa before my daughter's party, took pre birthday photos. At the party she had her photo booth, with several props. Still managed to take photos of guests outside of the photo booth. The quailty was amazing. Her graphics to detail and boarding to the photos was outstanding. - What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?We rent out our open booth starting at $150 an hour, with a 2 hour minimum. Set up and take down are not included in your price, we do not charge for that time. We do accomodate to each customer, If you have a theme we make sure our props compliment your theme. For the time being, we only offer the open booth concept and look forward to offering other options in the future. If you rent the booth for more than 4 hours, we can apply a discount to the hourly rate. Please contact here for any questions. Or visit my website.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?Customers are met in person and we discuss your needs. We want the booking process to be as easy as possible.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?I have been in the Customer Service field for over 18 years. I learned from each Manager and Company the value of our Customer. I work hard to make sure you are satisfied with our business transaction and everything runs smooth and efficiently. Our goal is to make this experience a pleasant and thoughtful memory.
