- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is pretty straightforward. No extra fees for additional add ons for parties such as; glitter, or special paints. The only additional charge separately we would charge is if you want 2 services during the same booking. For example: you would like a facepainter and balloon artist. You would be charged 2 separate fees for each of the services. Other then that, we work with those on a budget. All you have to do is mention it and we will do what we can to help. Our rates are hourly or per square foot (murals). The more hours you book the larger discount we apply to each additional hour.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically we will correspond through email initially until there's a time your available. Once you are free a phone conversation about the party and details outlining the event. I will follow the phone call up with a email which includes a questionnaire for the event. Then another phone call or text reminder confirming the party a few days prior.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have been an artist my whole life. I professionally started my company 8 years ago and have been doing only this for the entire duration. I have taken several art courses at the college level and have been teaching art also for 10 years. I work in all mediums and have even apprenticeships an well known artist over a years time to learn from them 5 years ago.
