The recent hurricane revealed that we had some severe water damage/leaks coming from multiple sources. I hired One Call to provide a quote to complete the job. Complicating things - we listed our home for sale. He and his team were impressive from the start. Their price was fair - and while others offered a patch they provided a total solution. Meaning troubleshooting to fix all leaks. I am very happy with the end result and the total experience. They are highly skilled, professional and finish on time. I highly recommend them / you won’t be sorry. The attached photo shows how closely they matched the existing drywall in the garage area. The original damage was so brutal and now you really have to look hard to notice any difference.

I cannot say enough positive things about my experience with Brandon. Am I partially biased because we are both southern? Maybe m, but you know what they say about southern folk, we are hospitable! Less than 30 minutes after I posted the job, I received a call from Brandon and he was at my door within two hours. I was having trouble hanging a light fixture in my bathroom. He was able to do it with ease and provided both professionalism as well as great conversation. Upon further discussions, I realized he really is the jack of all trades. We look forward to working with Brandon again and have already started compiling a list of projects around the house that range from Landscaping to step repair. If you’re looking for someone who can do it all, he’s your guy!

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Again like I said I would love to be able to see the job but some of the jobs/trades we do we can give a hourly rate and if you have any questions PLEASE CALL ME it’s easier to talk about a project than it is to text it out.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I would love to be able to see the job first but that’s not always necessary if you can call me first so I can get a better idea what you want done I can give you a fair price and that’s what I aim to do is be fair to you and you be fair to me. I just want to keep all my employees busy and us all have a great days work for a great days pay🤗🤗
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Horticulture degree and have been doing every kind of trade for 20+ years. Never scared to get not just my hands dirty I’m ready to work and so are my employees. I tell them up front I will pay you what you are worth, you stay busy no on the phone mess or acting silly then you’re paycheck will reflect it. I split all my tips with them so I can keep them motivated to continue to work hard!!
