- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer competitive pricing! We recognize that every customer has different needs when it comes to the cleaning of their home, so we provide a complimentary in-home consultation. In order to give you the best price possible the consultant will walk with you throughout your home and help to determine your specific needs and, of course, answer any final questions you may have. The consultant will be able to schedule your clean and get you started as soon as possible
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Throughout your home we’ll vacuum and mop all floors, carpets, rugs and stairs. We’ll also dust the ceiling fans, air vents, blinds, window sills, light fixtures, and baseboards as well as all the furniture and décor and remove the trash. If fresh linens are left out, we change them, otherwise we will make the beds. In the bathrooms we will clean and sanitize the bathtub, shower, toilets and sink areas. Also, we will clean the mirrors, doors, and the fronts of the cabinets. In the kitchen we will clean the counter tops, stove top, inside and outside of the microwave, and wipe down the fronts of the cabinets and appliances. We will clean and sanitize the sink and we will also spot clean doors and switch plates for fingermarks and dirt.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All of our maids go through a Molly Maid training process to ensure they understand how to properly use our products and equipment. They are also trained on how to avoid breakage and what processes our company has found works best over the pat 30 years.
