Pricing is dependent on how many sessions a week, travel distances...etc. HOWEVER I have really fair prices and im willing to work with you and whatever your situation may be so I can help you with your fitness goals!
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Getting to know and understand my client and their goals so I can give them the best help they can get!
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
NASM Certified Personal Trainer with years of Kickboxing/boxing/MMA experience. Also experience in functional movement as a corporate personal trainer for a private gym/facility.
