I had approximately 8 security cameras installed in the inside and outside of my home. Drew Telecom LLC was on time, professional and fast. He took the time to demonstrate the operations of my system even though I had purchased it from another vendor. I recently had an issue with programming my cameras. The system operations was not the based on the installation. However, Mr. Drew took the time to explain the problem and my system was in full operations immediately. Great job!!

Eric updated the alarm and cable/internet systems in my home over 15 years ago. He added intercoms with cameras and expanded the systems. They still work well. He is prompt to respond whenever I call him with an issue. I have referred family and friends to him, and they are please with his work, especially in regards to security systems with cameras.

Eric installed a ceiling fan in my bedroom and mounted a 40" TV on my living room wall. He did an exceptional job! The ceiling fan looks beautiful and really improved the look of my room. As for the TV - I was hesitant about putting one on my living room wall because I didn't want to see ugly wires hanging down over my fireplace mantle. He installed an outlet behind the TV, plugged in the TV and cable box, and mounted both to the wall - it looks fabulous! On top of it all, he was friendly, funny and happy to answer all of my questions. I highly recommend him!
