Banks was communicative. Worked with my schedule. Was on time. Told me he was on his way. Assessed the job quickly. Gave me options. Did the work at a fair price. Explained the problem. Did a thorough test. Cleaned up after himself. Guaranteed his work. He listened to my other plumbing concerns and gave me some options. He is a nice guy. We will use his company again.

Banks did a great job. He’s very honest and through and neat. As a woman homeowner, sometimes contractors will try and take advantage but he did not. He arrived on time with all necessary tools and materials promptly completed my job. I needed many things mediated before getting an appraisal. He was knowledgeable and very neat.

I really enjoyed working with Banks. He is easy to work with – he is an active listener who is responsive to your needs. He suggested some great ideas which we incorporated into our kitchen tile backsplash – he is an artist. He did an excellent job with the backsplash as well as a few other projects (TV mount, drywall repair from water damage). He really stands out from the sea of handymen/contractors by providing formal estimates and invoices. I would gladly work with Banks again and highly recommend him for all of your home repair or remodel needs.
