- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I base my pricing on what the customer can afford. I know, as a father, that small projects have huge impacts on the family. The cost is the most difficult. I also offer 20% off for Veterans and active members of the military.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I walk through the project with the customer, going over exactly what we will be addressing. I also talk about who I am and what I have done, to help the customer feel more comfortable throughout the project.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have gone through lead paint training. I also have 12 years experience painting.
