- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We try to operated efficiently and maintain a 12.5-15% profit margin. Our goal is to offer the best equipment and service and the lowest price.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Step 1 In person meeting to discuss the customer's needs and wants and the available technologies available. Step 2 Webinar to discuss proposal. Here we uncover additional needs or remove items now that the customer has had to digest the first meeting. Step 3 In a new construction project we get the contractor's information and meet them and the client for the electrical walk through. If retrofit installation we schedule the installation. Step 4 New Construction we Pre-wire In retro we complete installation and provide product training. Step 5 New construction - We do the trim out of wall plates and speakers Step 6 New Construction - We install our electronics and any customer owned equipment. Step 7 New Construction - We provide training on equipment Step 8 New Construction - We follow up within 2 weeks to address any issue discovered during the first weeks of system use.
