I previously had 2 different cleaners set up, not thru here, and neither one showed up or called. Crystal responded thru here immediately, we set something up. She did a deep clean and was very thorough. I will use again.

She was prompt and prepared but had to reschedule to finish what turned out to be a bigger job than she anticipated. She did a pretty good job: locked a doorknob I ask not be locked, had to break it to get back in and left with the sink backed up- and did not contact me- told my neighbor to tell me.

What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
The price I set is always based on the job. For example a 3 bedroom 2 bath house every 2 weeks I would charge $85.00. So it always very on the job.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The first cleaning is to show the customer what type of work I provide. The customer needs to feel comfortable with me cleaning their home. After the first cleaning the customer has a option to hire me on a weekly, bi weekly or monthly cleaning.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have 6 years experience I started at Merry Maids years ago. Then I just set my mind to the goals I wanted to reach. Which were starting my own cleaning service.
