I was referred to the Tennesean Home Improvement Construction by a very dear friend. I was told that Tony would be honest, attentive, and most importantly he would listen. They were so right !!! I had detailed specifications and drawings. I had all of my materials prior to beginning my job. I knew exactly what I wanted and Tony to my surprise totally understood my vision. Though Tony was referred to me, I still did my homework, getting 3 other bids. I had given my drawings and specifications to each of the contractors so that they would all have the same information in order to give an exact bid. I checked out all of the contractors on the Contractors State License website and, I called and spoke to prior clients of each of the different contractors. I compared all of the bids and found them all to be in line with the scope of work to be done. Pricing was also a factor, I wanted to stay within budget. Of all the bids I received, Tennesean Home Improvement was the most inclusive and detailed of the work to be performed, giving me confidence that he was fully involved and hands on in the entire construction process. I remodeled 2 bathrooms and a dressing room. Tony was always available (even by text !!) and, when necessary, would come over at a moments notice. Tony's crew were unbelievably fabulous! Detailed, extremely neat, cleaned the work areas daily before leaving and never left trash around. They arrived daily on time with smiles on their faces even proudly displaying there companies logos on there shirts !!. They truly enjoy their work. Ricky, there project manager IS AWESOME!!!!!!!!!!! For my shower floor, they cut 284 - 3 x 3inch tiles from 12 x 24 inch porcelain tiles without a complaint . 3 of the bathroom walls were done in 13 x 40inch porcelain tile laid stacked horizontally. For the inside and edges around the bathroom window, which were finished in tile, I did not want the usual inset of the tile nor the metal edge strips. I wanted the tile mitered. Ricky didn't blink an eye at this request. My shower has a column holding the shower fixtures that is made of glass. One each side of the column are 1/2 inch Starfire Glass walls. Ricky's work is the most beautiful work I have seen in a very long time. There was very little waste of my very expensive tile and no waste of my glass material. Giovanni - Painting, Drywall and a multitude of other items, is also an artisan. Besides all of his drywall work, he also removed the acoustical ceiling in my dressing room. The most beautiful work. Todd - Electrician. He followed my specifications perfectly putting everything in conduit as was my preference. Tony, Followed my specifications perfectly putting everything copper to copper, no plastic, hooking up the rather complicated rain head, proportioning valve, and hand shower. At the conclusion of the job, we were present when the building inspector pronounced that everything was to code and done properly. Our home was built in the early 60's and was never remodeled. I was worried what would be found behind the walls. I was lucky, there were no problems. Because I am so detailed, and knew exactly what I wanted - having my fixtures and tile on hand prior to the start of the job, along with the detailed specifications and drawings, there were no add-on's. The remodel went smoothly and stayed on budget. Tennesean Home Improvement is a pleasure to work with and I look forward to working with them again. Tony wasn't the cheapest initial bid we received, but we ended up saving a ton by avoiding costly errors, staying on time (and rent in our temporary space), and the result was more than worth the money. We have a beautiful new home. I highly recommend Tony and Tennesean Home Improvement anyone considering doing a major or even a small job done to there home... We had a bathroom added and a kitchen remodeled. For the price we got we were able to go ahead and have the whole house refreshed with new paint. Made a HUGE difference and where we were having the work done to increase asking price, now we are thinking about keeping the home. The crew was very professional and thoughtful and I have no hesitation with recommending this group of wonderful individuals to everyone I know.

After a series of contractors making promises, then not keeping them, or flat out just not showing up, Tony entered the picture. He was kind, focused, sincere and serious about taking on the job of renovating our home. He is detailed and generous. His people do quality work and take on projects that scare lesser contractors away. He considers himself an advocate for those who have been taken advantage of. He is generous and has restored our faith that there are good people, who care about their clients and doing expert work. We had a few of projects that needed to be done - screening in a patio, adding cabinets to our laundry room, and repairing a wall. We contacted The Tennessean Renovations and Tony came out promptly and reviewed everything with us. He was very patient and attentive to our needs. From the time Tony came out to job completion was 10 days which was absolutely amazing given our past experience with other contractors. Tony, Lupe, and his crew were professional, communicative, friendly, and hardworking. All of these are qualities that you look for in a contractor and The Tennessean Renovations has them in spades! We already have our next project lined up with them!

we have a detailed Itemized list of approx 400 items in a home set with a standard prices, and its all based on what were doing at the home, of course the more we do the tighter we can do the project for

First we come out to the job site, no pushy salesman and with the measurements we determine cost and labor for services rendered Via Email, if the customer contracts us, its because of our Credentials, 1st impression and cost.
