- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?Evaluation is generally done on a a very minimal fee basis. Simple fixes are often provided as a complimentary service within the evaluation time. In the event a repair is required and authorized, pricing can range from $45 - $100 an hour depending on the sophistication of the equipment.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?We interview the customer as to what equipment they have, what the problem is and provide some advice whether it worth fixing or provide tips to repair it themselves so that they spend little or no money. If on site evaluation is needed, this is often done at no charge. Scheduling is done to the customer's convenience.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?Self study and hands on training while working in the printer related field, and continues to this day. Provided technical support and resource management to experienced technicians. Continuing education for A+ certification and Network+ certification at Gwinnett Technical College.
