- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We do. We offer both drop-in services and overnight services. Pet Parents are welcome to mix and match options to create a tailored visit plan for their furbabies! Drop In Visits: Essential Drop-In (20-30 minutes): $22, Traditional Drop-In (60 minutes): $33, Premium Drop-In (2 hours): $54, Overnight Stay: $80 for a guaranteed 10 hours of overnight care.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The first thing we do when working with a new client is set up their free consultation visit where we come to their home to meet them and their pet in person. It's important for both the client and their pet to get to know us before they go away. At this visit we go over all of the pet's needs and their schedule so we can be sure their routine stays as normal as possible. Our top priority is to keep every pet safe, happy and well cared for while they are away and that all starts with the free consultation visit.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Aunty Ashley has over 10 years experience working with animals of all kinds. She is extremely experienced in working with shy, feral dogs and loves to see shy pets come out of their shell. Besides pet sitting she also has over 15 years experience working in animal rescue and has personally rescued dogs, cats, rabbits and even rats!
