- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
For standard cleaning, the first bedroom (typically master w/bath) we charge a flat fee of $60. Each additional room is priced at $15 and additional bathrooms (half bath included) will be $5. Deep cleaning is an additional $60. Also, we only accept Cash.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Upon working with new customers we not only want to become acquainted with the customer, but their need. the better we identify with their need the better we can accomodate them and complete the job to perfection
- What types of customers have you worked with?
We have worked with many clients with different needs. From a family with temporary help with laundry and ironing to one time deep cleans to recurring standard cleans and even seasonal deep cleaning. Whatever the need, A Helping Hand by God's Grace is here to help. There is no job too big neither too small.
