I had the opportunity of working with Courtney when she was a colleague at the Gwinnett Chamber. One of her main programs was GwinnettWorking. She took it to the next level by encouraging and leading a social media presence for the program. That visibility is imperative in programming. A natural star, she garners both attention and admiration, because she is a genuine person, with many talents. I plan events at the chamber and have recruited media talent as an emcee in the past. An emcee can really make or break an event and their character—good or bad—is obvious. Courtney is a very talented individual and her character is equally as strong. She sang at our Annual Dinner and also represented us on radio shows. In addition, she served as a voiceover for some of my event videos. She can command a crowd, is a community connector and can kick it with anyone. I could go on and on. She is awesome.

Courtney brings to every challenge/opportunity enthusiasm which is contagious to all who are around her and working with her. I have worked with Courtney on several projects in which she managed to put in 200% in all aspects of the project and inspires others to do the same. Courtney's integrity is a priority and is visible when seeking the right thing to do during trying times.

Courtney led a weekly networking group I was a member of. She brought passion, professionalism and fun as our leader each week. She made all attendees feel welcome and kept the event on track and focused. People greatly respected her and appreciated the quality of her leadership and communication style. Our meeting room each week was full of energy and that was in large part due to Courtney's energy and enthusiasm!
