The staff from You're On Film! and GIFFY*Pop made hiring them easy. The contract and payment process was automated, and they were easy to reach by text, phone, and e-mail. We paid for a budget priced album of our event, and were very pleased with the quality and design. The photographer caught all the moments we asked for and more. The GIFFY*Pop booth was different than our past experience with photo booths, but once we got the hang of it, it was a lot more fun. The attendant was always available to help, but it's so easy to use that we only needed to be shown once. They had a lot of good props to use, too. We didn't have to wait for prints because the GIFS were delivered in seconds by text message and we were able to share right from the party to our social media. Friends who weren't able to come could join in online when we posted our videos.

In the original quote, during our email discussion through Thumbtack and in our subsequent phone and email discussions, I was explicit that my teaching hours are on specific days and times, and that all other hours are by appointment only. All of this, as well as the policies for scheduling lessons was documented in the contract you signed prior to payment. At the time of scheduling, I offered several dates and times that were refused, and asked the lesson recipient to provide me with preferred times after the times in an attempt to complete the schedules. No alternates were provided by the lesson attendee. In an attempt to accommodate, I even shortened my advance scheduling window as defined in the contract from 10 business days to 7 calendar days. I am still amenable to scheduling the lessons, but have, as requested, provided you with the lesson supplements, notes, and "cheat sheets" that would have been provided during the lesson since the lesson attendee has indicated a refusal to schedule.
