Excellent service from beginning to end! Took care of the fireplace and the dryer vent. We are very particular and he delivered also patients with our pets. Will schedule our vent cleaning with New Era next year!!

I didn’t think I got what I wanted. The person comes in an hour late and then suggests a clean up for my fireplace. So I go ahead and accept it. But he didn’t do a proper cleanup. And when I asked to do a cleanup properly, he said this is the all he can do, while I see the buildup. All in all, not going to recommend. Feels like they will find anything wrong to make money. I paid $175 for him to come ignite the pilot basically.

Jose was the bomb! He was in and out like he said he would be. He also provided a few maintenance tips. My home looks so pretty and clean now that the gutters are clear. I will definitely call him back out in the Spring.
