- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer special discounts to all students if they provide a valid unexpired ID. We offer group discounts to 5 0r more people.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We sign new customers up and email them details about the class they sign up for.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We are a group of registered professional nurses who have dedicated our lives to train individuals to prepare them for unforeseen situations. Most of our instructors are cardiac nurses who are well trained in the heart and it’s related diseases. With this our training is very different compared to other training centers where instructors are not healthcare providers. We are also American Heart Association certified training center which means a lot of research have been invested into saving individuals when they go into cardiac arrest.
