- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I give all customers a discount card at the end of service
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Typically, we like to send out a questionnaire to see what your specific needs are and how we can accommodate you. However, we do understand that time may not allow for this and we are more than happy to go a different route.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I completed bartending school many years ago. Since then, I have work in restaurants,bars, and clubs. I have done events on all size scales.
