- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
When we send you a quote it's still negotiable. Until we know the scale of your project we can't give you an accurate figure. We will try our best to meet your expectations when it comes to pricing. Your video doesn't suffer because you talked us down. We have high expectations for the quality of work that comes out of Hitstring Media.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We really prefer to meet our clients either in person or on the phone and find out more about what they are looking for. So that, we can meet their expectations. We also like to know more about the location that we are filming at, so that we can plan for lighting or how we need to manage sound. We take each project we do very seriously to not only exceed our expectations but exceed our clients as well.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
10+ years of experience in all aspects of production we have experience in interviews, live music, product reviews, event coverage and corporate events
