- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
All our prices include parts and labor unless otherwise specified. We will never use surprise fees. Most of our services are a flat fee no matter the size of the door, usually this includes springs, gear kits, tune-up, and rollers.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Upon initial contact we try our best to accurate and fair pricing. We then schedule an appointment. We will usually be able to complete the repair at that same initial appointment unless the customer's door needs something special ordered. During the appointment I am talking them through what I'm doing. Help educate them on their product and what to do to help prolong the life of their door or operator.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I've been doing garage doors for many years, I was trained by the best installers in the industry. I've installed and serviced almost every door type there is to put on a building or house. I also have training on putting in dock levelers as well as dock pads and bumpers.
