- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We offer free estimates. All of our pricing is based on the project and materials needed to complete it. An estimate will be emailed to you within a timely manner. Once the estimate is scheduled, cancellations must be made at least 2 hours in advance. Any last minute cancellations will result in a $30 cancellation fee. Once the project is scheduled, cancellations must be made at least 48 in advance. Last minute cancellations will result in a $60 cancellation fee.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
4 years of college in hvac and refrigeration. Our technicians receive continuing education on a regular basis, this industry changes so fast and we like to keep up to speed with its growing trends and technologies.

We have worked with many different types of customers, we always enjoy the different projects and the challenges that come with each project.
