Introduction: A computer down means loss of productivity. Being a 'go to' person for someone who can count on me to get back to being productive makes my day. I'm like having an IT department for small business. Helping people with there computer issues is not just technical. It has a psychological effect which is generally frustrating. I enjoy seeing people 'back in business'.
