Introduction: I am a certified fitness trainer and hold a boxing certification from the Kickboxing Fitness Institute. I have competed in the National Physique Committee (NPC)- Bikini Division. I am a nutrition coach in offering services on Flexible Dieting (IIFYM). I don't do cookie cutter diets and teach you how you can eat the foods you love! I fully invest in my clients inside and outside of the gym. I love seeing a passion for fitness unfold in my clients and discovering confidence they never knew existed. I personally started my journey because a fitness trainer told me I wasn't capable of accomplishing anything fitness related. It then turned into doing this for me, stepping outside of my own comfort zone and overcoming confidence issues. I want to help others do the same as I did many years ago. I thoroughly enjoy watching my clients evolve and develop a love for fitness. I have a special relationship with each and every one of them!

I hired Keri as my personal trainer to assist me with nutrition , muscle building and overall fitness . I am 53 years old and have not been physically fit for many years . I was very intimidated and embarrassed to step foot into the gym . I thought this young physically fit trainer is not going to want to deal with this fat ,out of shape ,old woman lol . Keri eased those feelings and fears especially when I was with her .She never made me feel embarrassed about anything . She always encouraged me and gave me only positive feedback and energy. I thought I would die the first day of training it was leg day ! Yuck ! But Keri helped me through it all with no judgement and only encouragement . She helped me do exercises and strength training I never thought I could do . She designed progressive training programs for me . She also helped me design meal plans by learning how to count carbs ,fat and protein to eat whatever I want as long as its within my numbers to either maintain or lose weight . Keri was very knowledgeable and could train any level of athlete . Keri was very enthusiastic , always on time and dependable . Keri's prices were very reasonable and well worth it . When Keri was my trainer I enjoyed becoming more healthy with her by my side . She is awesome as a personal trainer and as a person . I would highly recommend her to anyone !!

Keri is great at what she does. She not only exceeded my expectations with her workout and diet plans, but her encouragement inspired me and motivated me to always do better. I would highly recommend Keri to anyone wanting to amp up their fitness routine!

I had the privilege of working with Keri on multiple occasions. She worked with me in the service industry for a couple years. She is incredibly reliable and trustworthy and went above and beyond to make sure the job was done well. She also was my personal trainer. In the short amount of time we trained together, you could tell she was genuinely interested in her clients and their health and fitness goals! I saw results within weeks of training with her. When she moved, she offered to write me a personal work out plan, and while she has moved she still texts to see hear about my progress and offer help if I need it!

Keri was my personal trainer at a gym called The Zone. She was my trainer before, during, and after my third pregnancy. I can't thank her enough for everything she did for me. I trained twice weekly usually, and I feel stronger today because of all the training I had with her.
