- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I belong to a non-profit faith based organization and we are asking for donations of $18 or more for each hour of Spanish or English tutoring. We are currently located in the Leander area and we are willing to teach in a private setting at the house we are living in.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
As soon as a person contacts me I replay ASAP and try to answer the questions they might have. They can sent me a message here and depending on the case, if necessary, I give them my cellphone number or they give me theirs so that we can communicate better.
