Introduction: I offer personal (and small group) training out of my professional home garage gym in Block House Creek, Leander TX. I do not travel for training. I specialize in increasing overall muscle tone and reducing body fat with body weight and resistance (weight) training along with some cardio. Training with me includes nutrition education and recording progress with body measurements and pictures. I'm experienced in training any healthy individual between the age of 15 and 72. I started training with Elda last year, 6 months before my wedding with the intent to tone up! I have tried everything from running half marathons, pure barre and orange theory with no change. Out of everything I've tried I have never seen the amazing results that I have with Elda. I lost 3 inches total and felt the best I have ever felt! l have been training with Elda for the last couple years now, and l couldn’t have lt any other way. Not only does she push you to your best, but she cares about your health, and personal life outside of the garage. She always asks how you are doing and how the body is feeling days after workouts, to make sure your body is feeling what it’s supposed to feel! Elda cares about all of her clients so personally and will teach you that working out is to make you feel strong and empowered!

Elda is great! She created a workout routine specifically for me based on what I wanted to achieve...and when I became pregnant and those goals changed, she was very flexible in helping me stay active and fit during my pregnancy! Highly recommended!!
