I've been training with Michael for almost a month and really enjoy my sessions. He is always prepared with challenging workouts that help me reach my goals. Form and posture is very important to me and Michael always makes sure I have correct form throughout the entire workout. Highly recommend for anyone searching for a great trainer!

Mike is everything I could ask for in a trainer, he’s always on time and understanding when I can’t be, he reaches out and checks in with me regularly making sure i’m keeping good eating habits, and had a genuine attitude about it all. he bring such positive, proactive energy and fun humor to every workout even when I can’t match his vibrant energy. he’s consistent with everything and encourages me to be as well, and keeps me on top of my goals.

I’ve been to multiple different gyms and have tried tons of trainers before Michael, I always ended up not continuing with other trainers because it just didn’t seem like they cared. I’ve been with Micheal for awhile and I can truly say he is an amazing trainer, he is so educated on fitness and healthy life styles. He pushes his clients in a way I haven’t been by other trainers. He makes the work outs fun and always ask what I want music I want to listen to. The work outs are very personalized he writes up everyone their own work out depending on their goals and where they are at in their fitness journey, as where other trainers i’ve had do the exact same things for everyone. He is consistent and hard working.
