- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My base price for one-on-one training starts at $50. I am sometimes able to offer discounts on bulk training sessions purchased or when training in groups. I also offer online training with a base price of $125/month. It is possible to workout a hybrid program with some online training and some in-person sessions in addition.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
FREE consultations consisting of a rundown of a typical workout, gym tour, and detailed discussion of your goals.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
-NASM Certified Personal Trainer -Majoring in Sport & Exercise Science, pre Physical Therapy at Rockhurst University -I have used a personal trainer myself. -Trained competitively as an athlete for 12 years under elite coaches.
